    Cheap product
    This Microwave almost burnt my house down. I am lucky I noticed the flickering coming from behind it.Only 2 years old, not a much use.Manufacturer told me only one year warranty and go kick rocks, BUT I could pay a tech to fix , PLUS shipping, parts and labor. lolI will never buy from them again!

    Nice microwave to go with my built-in oven
    The Cosmo microwave was easy to install and looks like it was installed professionally. It works very well and I was able to cook food in the microwave with no issues. The time was easy to set and the popcorn button worked without issue as my wife was able to make a bag of popcorn without burning it. A good choice!

    Bad warranty bad product
    This product was horrible. I used it only twice and it ceased to work. I called the factory and it was under warranty but the labor to fix it was not covered under warranty. The company would not ship me another nor pay for the shipping to send back to the company for repairs. I finally had to just return the product to Amazon for a complete refund. Thank goodness for Amazon. I would not suggest the product nor the company to anyone
