I ordered these super cute and useful pans to make egg bites for the family, but I plan to use them regularly. Let me begin by saying that they far exceeded my expectations. Not only are they pretty, but they work so well! Like magic, my egg bites came out PERFECT! The food pops out easily, without sticking or leaving behind any residue, and they are lightweight and easy to hold/carry with sturdy handles. THIS is the pan you never thought you needed, but YOU DO! Must buy! Also, what an amazing deal for 2! Highly recommend!! 😀

I needed these pans twenty years ago when I first started making muffins. The picture shows my first batch of Chocolate Fudge Oatmeal muffins on the plate (so you can see the pans really are nonstick). A lot of 5-star reviews here for good reason. I love the handles and the frame which keeps the pan stable. I love that it cleans up easily in soapy water- no need to soak overnight and scrub in the morning. I donât think it took me more than 30 seconds to clean it. Muffins are nice and big because I filled the cups almost to the rim and they didnât spill over. I baked them at 425 degrees with no problem. Iâm really glad I bought two of these excellent muffin pans.

Fantastic in every way!
These are so pretty and well made. The metal rim is covered in silicone so it cooled off quickly. The silicone cups are nice and sturdy and it was great to just push up and pop out each cake. I also tried just dumping the second tray and that worked great too ðAnd the mess all over the pans came right off . I love that theyâre dishwasher proof too

Muffins came out perfect! Tray collapses a little from the weight when placed in the oven, but did not affect shape of cooked muffins (coming from a non-professional chef). They had a funky smell the first cook, but it did not affect the taste of the muffins. I love the confetti color, itâs cheerful. I love the metal ring to help stabilize the tray when taking it in and out of the oven. Muffins popped out with no trouble; I oiled them lightly with coconut oil first, although I might not have had to.

Never having made mini cupcakes before but an opportunity arose to take them to a party. I also bought paper cupcake holders to put in the pan. Fabulous to be able to make 24 muffins at a time. Used paper cupcake holders because I had to hold them to ice them. Next time I may use a brightly coloured paper wrap but I will fall back on the white ones if needed. Mini cupcakes lifted easily out of the pan. The pan washed perfectly in the dishwasher. It will never rust or hold onto bits of cake in the seams like my metal tins have done. I expect this one to always look brand new. I love this cupcake/muffin pan.
