Iâve used one of those stupid cheese slicer with a Horizontal opening that you pull towards you for decades. Never worked but had no idea there was a better option until I saw more expensive versions of this style of cheese slicer. Decided to look for less expensive version in case it did not work. What a difference this inexpensive cheese slicer made. It really works in slicing cheese. The hard to slice smoked gouda came out almost paper thin. It even has a shield for storing for safety. Wished I came across this superb slicer earlier in my life. Totally recommend.

Super Sharp Knife
I got this knife for use behind the bar I work at to cut fruit and other various items like frozen purée. Straight out of the box this knife is insanely sharp. It cut through frozen purée blocks very easily in addition to fruits like limes, oranges, lemons and pineapple. I love the plastic knife sheath that comes with it for ease and safe keeping while in transport to and from work. Overall exactly what I was hoping for and does the job perfectly.
