Good wok but not for dishwashers
The wok, I believe is a little bit overpriced, but take the well-known brand into account, it might be worth it. However the lid is not suitable for dishwasher so you have to clean it by hand

Perfect
I use this at least 3 times a week. The size is perfect for 3 people and the heat transfer and finish are fantastic. Get this and the book from aaron and claire and youâre set.

Nearly perfect
This is an extremely high build quality work. You get what you pay for. My only complaint is around the shape of the wok. Itâs 12â wide which is a touch too smallâ¦it should have been the traditional 32cm (12.6â) which would have given you slightly more space. What makes this worse though is the shape of the wok with the hard corners on the sides coming up from the flat bottom. It should have been a smoother slope from the bottom up the sides which would have made tossing ingredients easier.

The beautiful blue steel coloring of the pan is what got me.Do not be fooled. That is just some form of coating to make the pan look like carbon steel.I could for the life of me not get this pan to not stick, no matter how hard I tried to season it.As a last resort, I hit it with an 80 grit sanding disc and you can see the result…a cheap pan that will not season. Look elsewhere.

Heats up fast to do stir fry! Great value. If you are buying a wok highly suggest getting one with a lid. This one is super good and works great on a gas burner!
