For pressing garlic, it performs flawlessly, deserving a 10 out of 10, especially when using a one clove at a time. So don’t overstuff it. Cleanup is straightforward; however, while the instructions recommend washing with warm, soapy water, it’s unclear how well it holds up in the dishwasher. It includes a lifetime warranty. Over all This is the best garlic press I have ever used.

Good press, slightly misaligned
Very effective, easy to press, fairly easy to wash. Does a thorough job of crushing. You get a little bit of garlic escaping around the sides of the plunger, but it’s easy enough to just push it down and press again. The bowl is not that big, but it’s big enough and the fact that all the parts are metal gives me good hope that it will last a long time. (Although I will say it’s pretty weird that the grips are on the inside of the handles, and not the top and bottom where they would actually be useful!)All that said, ours has a weird misalignment issue. The metal plunger is arranged such that it is leaving scratch marks on the inside of the bowl; we’ve barely used it a dozen times and it’s already left significant scrapes on the inside. (See photos.) Not a deal-breaker by any means, but something to be on the lookout for. For me that’s the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Excellent quality, very sturdy, and beatifully funished. All the products from this manufacturer are produced with attention to detail, and best materiaals. They do what they are meant to do. No doubt.

It’s amazing until the chamber becomes an oval
We use our garlic press almost every day. It’s washes extremely well both by hand and the dishwasher, no signs of rust, and I feel it definitely gets more garlic out than our other press. The issue we are having is the circle chamber where you put your garlic in has been morphing into an oval shape. Even if I’m “over stuffing” it with a couple cloves, it’s advertised to be able to handle multiple cloves, so I am not sure why else it would be changing shape. The “crusher” part is still circular. This has caused it to crush less garlic as the sides are getting missed, and at one point the crusher wouldn’t fit into the chamber so we had to “bend” it back into a circle with pliers .

This is the best garlic press I have ever had. It is easy to use and to clean. You don’t waste the garlic because it will be completely crushed. The design is lovely. I highly recommend this product. It comes also with a little brush and a garlic peeler but I have not used them yet. It is very worthy.
