I got the 7.9″ one. This pan is very beautiful. Three uses so far and I can vouch it does not pour fluid without dripping/spilling – a lot of it. The fluid just flows down the rim while pouring through the notch and I have tried this consistently for three days. Tried pouring slow, tried poring fast and in between.I might return it!Note to the manufacturer: Did you guys even try this?

A very nice sauce pan. It’s 7″diameter and 3.25″ deep (I like the larger depth). The pan itself has a dimple pattern all around the sided (reminds me of a golf ball) and each of the 2 sides has a small spout for pouring. The wooden handle is 7″ long and has a 1″ hanging ring at the end, the interior diameter of the ring is 5/8″. The top side of the handle is flat while the rest is rounded. This aids a lot in controlling the sauce pan when you’re pouring. A very nice touch. It leaves no extra taste in the sauce and it seems very well made. Although only 18.4oz, it does feel slightly head heavy, of course all pans and pots do. So you just have to hold the handle closer to the pan for a steadier feel. I love this pan.

It heats up quickly with induction cooktop and I can pour liquids cleanly
I don’t know what type of stainless steel the saucepan is made of as I can’t see any information on the bottom. But it has a long wooden handle that stays cool. At the end of the handle is a black metal hook for hanging. The volume markings on the inside help me dose liquids. I have 5 volume markings – 800 ml, 1200 ml, 1600 ml, 2000 ml and 2400 ml. I measured the dimensions and I found that the handle is slightly over 7 inches without hook, the top diameter is about 8.5 inches and the bottom diameter is about 7 inches while approximately 3 ½ inches tall. I have two pouring spouts on each side but no lid. I have an induction cooktop and the saucepan works. It heats up very quickly with induction and I can pour liquids cleanly.
