Got these to make homemade chicken pot pies. These dishes were perfect. Easy to clean. Nothing sticks to it. Perfect size for an individual chicken pot pie. I used a 5-inch cookie cutter ring to cut my puff pastry crust to place on top of dish.

These little pie pans are non-stick, sturdy and the perfect size for individual servings. A little small for pot pies for my family, but my 6’5″ hubby eats more than the average guy. So, they are probably perfect for most. He can have 2 if he wants! Great for tarts or dessert pies. They are a great value and I can highly recommend them.

I re-seasoned them in my oven inside and out and my pies just pop right out. They cook evenly and my bottom crust comes out flaky and evenly cooked. Clean up was just me wiping them out with a paper towel.

I like that these pans are sturdy – & the no-stick material makes for easy removal of the bake. I do wish they were a bit larger – they’re really so small that my husband needs to have at least 3 of these when I make beef or chicken pot pies. I still gave them 5 stars because the size IS stated in the listing – but seeing is believing. I still need to find some more compatible with a dinner size portion & keep these for desert only recipes.

I looked hard for a brand that didn’t have the removable bottom, because I had a mess when I made quiches in that type. These work excellent. The quiche slides out easily when it’s done. Very easy to clean. These are sturdy and heavy, and produce excellent results.
