Almost returned because it was shorter than wanted
My daughter wanted to return this, it was a birthday gift, but after trying it, she refused to return it. She loves that it is very sharp.

Awesome Piece of Hardware
Totally lives up to the hype. Serrated versions are replacing our paring and sandwich knives for pretty much every cutting use.

Chef Jean-Pierre secret
Yes, you will actually use this knife. When Chef Jean-Pierre recommended this serrated kitchen knife, I wondered how such a small, lightweight thing could be better than my old paring knife. It almost feels cheap in your hand until you start cutting up fruit or whatever, then you will be reaching for this knife instead of the others.

Great Little Knife
This is my fourth Wusthof Gourmet serrated knife and my second with a 3″ blade. I love these knives! The seller shipped the item promptly and it was well-wrapped.

Cheap product quality
Iâm so disappointed this knife. I have a set of black Wusthof I believe the Classic line maybe? I got them about 5 years ago. At any rate they are far superior to this knife. I wanted a small serrated paring knife for tomatoes and the like. Well thatâs what I got but comparing it to the smooth edge paring knife in my original set- itâs joke. I paid $43 for this knife- expecting g it to live up to the Wusthof quality. Nope- itâs super thin, lightweight and has a cheap looking sticker thing on the handle. The tang does not go through the handle. I guess perhaps cause itâs their Gourmet line itâs lesser quality? But regardless itâs way overpriced and crappy. Iâm keeping it for now cause it will do the job but I wanted to warn anyone else to be aware itâs not up to the expected standard if even a cheaper Wusthof knife. Had I known Iâd never pay more than $20 for this knife perhaps $15, let alone over $40! Buyer beware. â¹ï¸

My Go-To knife for Meal Prep!
This really sharp knife is perfect for cutting ginger, tomatoes, lemons, and also all things acidic since it’s not reactive and hasn’t stained from foods. I have a carbon steel knife I also love but it reacts to acid. I have to be super careful not to get raw meat or fish residue on the handle since its handle shouldn’t get wet when washing. This new knife doesn’t need pampering. It’s a creative cook’s dream.

I needed to replace a knife I had for many many years. This knife was surprisingly similar. Itâs easy to work with and incredibly sharp. The only change I would make is I would have the tip go straight out with the blade tapered up to meet it rather than the tip curved down. Thatâs just because Iâm used to using my old knife in a certain way and not a criticism of this knife.Itâs also dish washer safe.

Surprisingly useful, very sharp, light and maneuverable. The handle is a bit small for larger size hands.
