Elegant and sharp
Having bought âJapaneseâ steak knives with Amazon for $300 that I found on Alibaba for $7, I returned them and got actual German steel. Like the knife block I bought with the Wustoff knife set, the quality of self evident. Heavy, sharp, and elegant. The knife block had space for 10 steak knives so it worked out nicely.

I Can Cut It
Thought a box of dishes were being delivered – the knives were packaged in 3 cartons surrounded by a lot of packing material! I ordered them as Acceptable and paid a lot less. Wasn’t sure what to expect but I took a chance. I’m very happy to say that they’re great! Three of the knives lacked blade protectors which is something that I can live with but that was the only thing I noticed. They seem to be brand new. These knives are REALLY sharp and look like they can cut through anything, so be careful!
