I was long on pots and pans and short on space. Didn’t have enough storage in my cupboards nor in my range drawer. Resorted to pilling up wok and pans on fridge top and stove top. It quickly proved very inconvenient. Since my ceiling is not very tall, I was looking for something that could sit close to the ceiling, yet leave enough space to hang my large pans and not hit my head on them. Since I don’t have a free wall to use, I needed to hang my pot hanger above the door way. It works very well and looks great. I was really concerned considering the price, that it wasn’t going to look very good, but I could not have been more wrong. Considering my handyman skills are lacking, I still had no problems installing it. I was done hanging it in 20 minutes, I couldn’t be happier!

I moved into a house with virtually no cabinet space in the kitchen so I needed a durable solution for my pots and pans. This is a long enough bar at 50.4â to accommodate most of mine. I have heavy All-Clad stainless steel pots hanging on it. However, there is a bit of play in the joints where the sections of pipe connect which leads to a minor amount of sagging which is why Iâm only giving 4 stars instead of 5. To minimize this effect, I hang the heaviest things at the outside and put the lighter ones in the middle. But it gets the job done and is sturdy enough to hold about 10 pots and pans and my pizza peel.

I attached this pot rail UNDER the centre of my kitchen uppers, to hold sturdy food-safe, cotton-woven baskets with handles, for out-of-the-fridge-storage for fruits & veggies … and it works perfectly! The rail can hold a ton of weight (make sure it’s hung securely!), it looks fabulous, and it freed-up my countertops.The “S”-hooks provided are plentiful, strong, and I appreciate the addition of the protective tips on the ends of them … no sharp edges! The top part of each hook is closed sufficiently so that the hooks will not come off the rail (you have to place the hooks on the rail BEFORE you secure it to its surface) – and they slide freely the entire length of the rail.Excellent purchase for my needs!
