Great tongs!
I needed an extra pair of tongs and thought these multicolored ones looked fun. They are attractive and work great. The push/pull mechanism to open and close them is especially nice. Canât go wrong with these for turning meat, French toast, or hot dogs!

This twelve-inch, stainless steel, silicone-tipped pair of tongs is super fun to work with. The metal is gold colored and there is a locking device at the apex of the tongs. This locking device is utilized by either pulling it up or pushing it down to lock/unlock the tongs. There is also a small hole in the locking pin, thus making it easy to hang them up to dry or for storage if you would like. The silicone tips are brightly colored. One side is neon green with a small smiling face imprinted on the back of the grip, while the other side is neon pink with the same smiling face imprinted on the back of the grip as well. It is hard to tell if the faces will wash/wear off with time. If I am able to determine if they do, I will come back and edit this review.The tongs are sturdy and provide a good grip on your food items. Iâve used tongs before that always felt like the food would slip out from the grip. These are solid, feel good in your hands, and give you the security of knowing the food wonât fall to the floor while using these tongs. You can also rest easy knowing that these tongs are safe to use with any type of cookware.They are dishwasher safe, but I have been handwashing, and then immediately drying afterward, my tongs.I would recommend these tongs to anyone looking for a reliable piece of cookware that you can use with any type of pan. Theyâre great!

Pretty nice
As others have mentioned, these tongs definitely feel like a step up from my other sets. The metal seems to be thicker, with a stronger action on the spring – although that might simply be due to age wearing the others down from use. There’s not only a heft to it but a feeling that there’s more polish to the fit and finish on this item.At least, it’s a little better than the others. Time may prove the enemy of these tongs as much as the others, and I will update if anything changes. But for now, the biggest weakness seems to be the slider on the back which locks the tongs together. It feels no better than the cheap sets, and feels fairly loose with a lot of motion up and down (when it should only move in and out). It’s a simple and cheap mechanism, nowhere near as nice as more premium tongs I’ve used which have a clever gravity-based clasp.Overall, it feels like a step up in quality, but perhaps more of a half-step, given the price premium.

Works well and I like the colors
Those tongs were exactly what you expect. Easy to use and the pull tab on the back allows you to close it for storage.The spring in it is pretty strong. As a matter of fact, they did cause me to fitigue my hand a bit when using it for the first time. I realized that the tong opened pretty wide, so I am always squeezing down. I end up pulling the tab slightly so they don’t open as wide.

High quality tongs that are also cute
I’ve been using these tongs for several weeks now, and they are excellent. They grip really well, and the locking mechanism is very smooth. I’ve been washing by hand so far to extend their life, but dishwashing is allowed! The gold and the colors and the little smiley faces are a nice touch as well.

Kitchen staple!
Kitchen tongs are a must ! They make cooking so much easier! These are very nice and large. The push-pull locking at the top of the tongs is nice. The only complaint is I really hate the neon green and pink. But they did put cute smileys on them, so thats cute. Like nice kitchen staple but not an aesthetic one. Also I am questioning the price and what makes this worth that much… Like they aren’t that incredible, bc they are just kitchen tongs. Other than that confusion, these are cool.

Great Set of Silicon Tongs
Iâve been looking to get a set of silicon tipped tongs for some time. I only have one short set, but I donât like using the metal tipped tongs on my non-stick pans. I was a little surprised by the coloring of these, but I gave them a try.They are very substantialâ¦the long tongs are thick and heavy and the silicon end is also thick. Fortunately, while thick, the tips have very straight edges so they pick up small food pieces easily. The lock at the end works and helps keep the tongs together in the drawer. One tap on the counter and they open up for use. Iâm not sure about the coloring, but I donât care. They work great and thatâs what counts.
