Boule Bread Whisperer: Cuts like a dream.
The knife is well crafted, sharp (very sharp), evenly balanced and cuts through boule bread loafs like they’re melted butter. Love this knife and appreciate the craftsmanship as well. What it looks like doesn’t matter but in addition to its excellent quality and utility it looks great sitting out on the bread board and counter. I also appreciate the safety sleeve for covering the blade when not in use. Works great on regular loafs as well.

I needed to slice a 13â long solid bread. The bread bow worked perfect. One thing that would have been better is if it had an adjustment for different size slices. A bit difficult to cut even slices.All in all I think it is a wonderful tool in any household.

last week I made three types of bread and wanted to cut it right away while hot. It sliced each variety perfectly and sliced my finger quickly too. It reinforced their admonition that it is very sharp and the owner needs to focus on what they are doing. Carefully wash blade by hand in a slow downward wipe. Put the blade cover back on then wipe down the wooden handle and store out of reach of children. I love this knife and also sliced soft plums and soft cheese perfectly. It doesn’t compress soft foods and didn’t stick to the cheese. NO further cuts.

Wow wow I just recieved this knife (flatmate already sliced his hand…silly) very sharp! but it’s got a safety guard. It’s a right-handed knife but it’s so well designed that I changed it to be able to use it with my left hand. I noticed other comments that it doesn’t reach the end/base of the loaf, I just turned the loaf sidewise and work marvellous. I do recommend this knife, counting it will remain sharp for a long time. Suggestion, a hole in the handle would allow better storage too.

When I first opened I thought it might be too small as I make large loaves of sour dough. Always a challenge to cut warm fresh bread. Tried it on cold bread and it cut like a charm. Can’t wait to try it on a warm loaf. So far very pleased
