This Wok is crap. It does not live up to its name that it is non-stick. My food burns in it. Even though it was bought in July, I just used it this month, January 2025 and my stir fry stuck and burnt. Just used it again and the food stuck again.

Worth the money.
Used it for the first time tonight after seasoning it a few days ago. Worked great and easy to clean up. I am happy with it. Don’t think I’ll use the metal utensils that came with it though. They are sharp.EDIT:. I have now used this for months and use it for anything that needs to be fried up from searing to hamburger to stir fries. I have even used the metal utensils that come with it and they have not scratched it up at all. It was seasoned well after I got it and that bamboo scrubber is what I use everytime to scrub it up. Immediately after the food comes out I let it sit on my sink for about 2 minutes to cool a little. Then I use a little bit of soap and hot water, use the bamboo scrubber, rinse, dry and then set it back on the burner I took it off of and use sesame oil to oil it down and the remaining heat of the burner helps make sure it is dried well. This is what has worked well for me. Took some trial and error and this is what works best for me. I still highly recommend this wok.
