I thought I would return this but I have decided to keep it
The wok looks beautiful and what a surprise, I didn’t know it’s a Summit Wok (which I always wanted to own one) but it’s a little too small, so I thought I would return it but then I look everywhere, there is NO way you could spend this same amount of money to buy a Made in Japan wok, (let alone a Summit Wok), therefore I decided to keep it and give it a try.After cleaning, washing and seasoning the wok as instructed, I gave it a try to fry an egg.. it came out perfect! Not sticking at all and has a very nice crust which non stick pan can never do.I am so happy I have decided to keep the wok. You should get one too, trust me, there is NO way you can spend this amount of money for a Summit Wok. If you do it right, you won’t regret.(Having said that, I wish they have a bigger Summit wok available on Amazon. I surely will go for it)

Nice little-ish wok
I got this for when I don’t want to make a huge amount of food. I like woks because it’s easier to keep the food inside of it than other pans. I’m disabled and my fine motor control is going away, so this makes it easier for me to stay independent and not make a huge mess!

Amazing Wok!
I must say that I’m really in love with this wok. The quality is outstanding but is to be expected for cookware made in Japan. Nothing seems to stick to it and it heats pretty fast and evenly. Has a good balance so mixing food while in the wok is a piece of cake. I have zero complaints so far and I definitely recommend it for all the wok food lovers out there.

Non stick wok. Perfect for preparing smaller size meals. I have one 14inch wok, but that one I use to prepare food for my family. 10inch wok is perfect for smaller size meals. Easy to clean. Just need to remember care directions. Wash in a sink with a bit dish soap and dry it on stove to prevent future rusting as it is iron wok. It doesn’t take much time to clean and dry so maintenance shouldn’t be problematic. Worth to try, especially if you’re looking for a smaller wok.

The wok is not too heavy but not lighter either. The dimples throughout helps with heat distribution and non-sticking of food. Standa about 3.25â high. Made in Japan. Great for big batches of fried rice! Love it.Read directions on care of washing, storing, and the film hat will bake off after use. I always coat mine with olive oil after use.

This is not as heavy as a typical cast iron. I’m glad as although I still have bvb to use 2 hands. It was easy to cook with after it was washed.It heats evenly and nicely.
