Wok that rocks!
When I got this walk, I was really impressed at how enormous it is! I usually cook for two, but it would be very easy to cook for four or more with some thing this large. The pie is actually beautiful with the hammered inside and dark wood cover. The pieces heavy because of its size, but itâs still easy to use. The value for the money is excellent. I was glad to see that it came with instructions on how to care for it and even included a sponge as well. Overall, Iâm very impressed

Well made, light weight,so easy to use. I was amazed how well packaged everything was, anda useful tote bag to boot! The rich wooden handle comes in its own air bubble tube to prevent any damage to it. The wooden cookware is rich and well made as well and its own lofa sponge! The stepped wooden lid is well made as well, no rough spots or chips. The removable handle is easy to put on and take off, allowing the wok to be used in the oven upto 450 deg. Seasoning is easy, and step by step instructions are included and easy to follow. I would suggest that you treat the wooden lid and utensils as you would any fine wooden kitchenware. Just rub a little food grade mineral oil or wood care oil on before using and as needed after. The last picture shows the last paper towel from the seasoning process. A little black is OK! Store your wok up side down to prevent any moisture build up that could cause rusting. This IS steel and like cast iron needs protection from moisture. Reseason as needed. The more you use it, the better the non stick gets. It is NOT treated with any non stick coating, so no icky stuff in your food! I am more than happy I chose THIS wok. I love it, and you will too! Favorite kitchen item
I purchased this wok recently and fell in love. I keep it out on the stove because we use it daily. You can make almost anything and a wok! It’s nonstick and washes up easy. My favorite thing to make in this is a spaghetti dish. It comes with a beautiful large wooden lid. The lid is actually reusable for other dishes as well. I think you get a lot for your money and it’s a great product at a great price. I would highly recommend this for all of you that love to cook.

Only 12.5 inch regardless ok value slightly heavy for female carbon steel need seasoning and drying
First I order 13â it is only 12.5 inch the box itself says so even. So thatâs disappointing. I measured with ruler dimensions are 12.5 inch wide top round diameter or 12.8 to the mouth or triangular shape. Height is 3.5 inch not 3.75. Bottom Base is about 6.7inch. So you will notice the difference between measurements and pictures dimensions. The weight is 3.11 lbs without handle about 3.36 with handle. I feel this is slightly heavy as female ideally slightly lighter will be better. The quality is the best of the three carbon steel wok I bought ( the other two are about 10-15) cheaper. The sound is clear and since itâs heavier about 1/2 lbs heavier, I think it has better quality. Although the weight of the others is more manageable. Henceforth, itâs ok for the value. I also want to look at the glass cover ones but my mom preferred wooden so didnât get to take a look but with wood lid you have the wood taste that supposed to smell good with down side of not able to see inside.Lastly , about carbon steel wok. It is not non stick iteself. It requires seasoning before actually use for cooking. A well seasoned wok achieve some non stick effect naturally. It also needs to dry clean after use everytime. Wetness can.damage it. You cannot use the metal brush either…. so cleaning is a bit trouble if you lazy. It taste better than those nonstick wok made of stainless steels as prob the only good side about it.So, I will recommend if 1. You need a wood lid(drop /smell) and 2. You need a weight thatâs is about 3.36 lbs ( slightly heavy for me as regular female) 3. Carbon steel material

It’s on the heavier side for sure but it looks and works great. It does warp a bit a tiny bit under heat – electric stove – but not bad enough to affect cooking. It looks great too. Really pleased with this wok.

£65 crap. I bought this because it supposed to be compatible with induction hob. I couldnât even season it . The wok deformed as soon as it gets some heat and the bottom hardly catches any heat.After long time at the cooker I managed to get it oiled. After first meal preparation everything burned to the bottom. I let it cool down, washed with provided sponge and look at those shiny metal patches ⦠ð¤¬
