Very nonstick
I baked my bread at 400 f and oiled it with olive oil. Bread came out great and just fell out of them when I tipped them. Love how these look and they function just like I was hoping. They are nice and heavy too which I like.

Just wanted everyone to know that when you pay the higher price and it shows the picture with two loaf pans, you will get two pans, even though it doesn’t say it in the description.Was packaged well, and arrived good. Look nice and sturdy but haven’t used it since it’s a christmas present. It seems as advertised and quality. I choose this one because I’m tried of the rust and non-dishwasher safe other brands. These should hold up well. I also ordered the set of baking dishes and they seem quality as well.
