I ordered this product for my first apartment to hold juices that you make with powders. The pitcher keeps everything cold, fresh and the bottle looks cool! It cleans nicely and never leaves behind an odor from the previous drink.

Does not keep beverages hot
I bought this insulated beverage server after I broke the glass insulated one I had for years. It always kept my coffee hot for hours. The new one I purchased doesn’t even keep beverages hot an hour. I even put hot water in it before adding the coffee. Very disapointed. Wish I could have returned it but didn’t know it didn’t work until after I used it. I’m going back to the glass insulated server.

Great thermal for a decent price
I purchased two of these to use for a hospitality table at a weekly meeting of moms and dads. I wanted to keep water hot for tea, cocoa, etc. These do the job. I put boiling water in them about 8:30 AM and at 1 PM, when the meeting is over, if there is unused water, it is still hot enough for a cup of tea. They are easy to fill with the wide spout and easy to clean as well. I would recommend this product and the seller who shipped quickly and affordably.

Pretty But Doesn’t Keep Things Hot
We bought this to replace another carafe that had a vacuum glass liner that broke. We thought this would be more durable, and in truth it is, but it has never really kept our coffee hot for any length of time. Recently I happened to touch the side of it and noted it was hot to the touch, which should not happen if it is well insulated. Sure enough, the next day was the same. I ordered a different model from Amazon and it arrived yesterday. When filled with hot coffee the exterior on this new one remains cool to the touch as it should. I have no idea why this model doesn’t insulate wellâ¦perhaps a manufacturing defect because it has not been abused. It is attractive, however, but just not functional. I can’t return it since it has been almost two years since we purchased it. Yes, I knowâ¦two years and I’m just noticing it doesn’t keep coffee hot? No, I noticed it long before this but just presumed this was normal for a styrofoam insulated carafe. Not so, as evidenced by the new one I bought. The price was good but not much of a value because it will not keep your hot beverages hot, unless your drink coffee very, very fast.

How to keep your beverages hot!!
I love this warmer. To keep the beverages hot you must first fill it with hot water and let it sit for about 5 minutes. You can use hot tap water or boil a kettle and use that. Make sure the warmer is pretty full and close it. After a few minutes just dump the water out and the warmer is nice and hot for your warm beverage.

Very disapointed
We like to brew a pot of coffee and keep it warm in a server so we can turn off the coffee maker. This server does not keep it warm and it is bulky. I wouldn’t mind that if my coffee would stay warm.

Keeps Hot Chocolate Hot
I take hot chocolate every Sunday to our Sunday School class. I like preparing it ahead of time. The boys love that the hot chocolate is the perfect temperature to enjoy. One downside is the tab you press down to pour. A little awkward.

It is pretty but it isn’t worth the money if you are looking for something to hold hot coffee or anything hot. It only lasted maybe 3 hours.I didn’t send it back because I figured I could use it for lemonade this summer.I was very dissappointed though.
