A good little knife
These are good knives. They aren’t very sharp out of the box, but take an edge fairly well. The handle is easy to hold even with mild arthritis and the blade is just about the right length for cutting up something like a pepper or cucumber. They seem well made. No complaints

Great for detail work
I carved up a bear with this.
T. Middlebrooks –
not ergonomic handle
Hard to tell which side of blade is sharp.

Okay, but the way it was sharpened was kinda off, the rest of their knives are great for the price
Okay, but the way it was sharpened was kinda off, the rest of their knives are great for the price. Like it worked but it had a funky edge, that didn’t stay sharp. after reshaping & sharpening it works fine, I was just surprised because the rest of their knives come pretty well sharpened.

Excellent Inexpensive Paring Knife
Solid cheap paring knife that requires sharpening upon receipt. A wonderful bargain at the $2.33 current Amazon price.

Practical Paring
I like that this knife has a wider handle, I have average (medium womanâs) size hands. I wasnât looking for anything fancy, just practical and ergonomic for my hands. Very sharp, get it done. I use the ones I bought often bc I toss them in the dishwasher afterwards. (Wouldnât do that with my others)

It was as expected. I bought it to replace a lost one. Great handle for arthritic hands
Jerie Liu –
Great price however thereâs surface rust when put in the dishwasher.

This knife would not even peel an apple. Feels great in your hand but does not cut or peel well.

Great little knife. Like the handle. Keeps a fair edge.
