This pan ROCKS!
These pans are THE BOMB! I bought one back in the summer and have loved it so much. I use it nearly every day and for many more purposes than just a wok might be used. It is a nice, heavy pan and the heat conducts so evenly. I love the handle that remains cool to the touch! I bought two more of these pans for Christmas gifts this year and frankly, wish I could give one to many more people.

Best pan I’ve used
This is the best and most functional pan I’ve ever used. It’s got a heavy aluminum base so it distributes heat very evenly and doesn’t significantly drop in temperature when a lot of meat, liquids or vegetables are added. I’ve been using this for about 3 months and the non-stick finish looks new. The rounded sides make it excellent for cooking pasta dishes (high sides means a lot of room to swirl pasta around in the sauce), or stir fry dishes. The high sides means room for cooking larger dishes for a crowd, and less spatter on my cooktop. I like that I can put it in the oven up to 450 degrees. It also looks good with the polished aluminum base and outer sides. I’ve also used T-Fal, Oxo, and other brands and this one is hands-down better.

item arrived in oversized box with main tape undone. Pan was inside a plastic bag, and surrounded by minimal packing material. Some dings on the outer surface, but overall OK. Arrived when expected. Just really poor packaging.

My Go To Pan
I have several Winco non-stick 10â and 12â pans that have survived teen age kids using them over the last 2 years. They are still in great shape but this 11â wok is hands off (as well as my 8âer). Itâs mine and I use it for almost everything.

I have a gas stove and I use this pan constantly and for everything. Heats up fast and holds the heat so food cooks quickly and evenly. Solid, durable construction. If you are a serious home chef you need this pan.

Quality stir fry pan
Needed a well-made stir fry pan at home and came across Winco nonstick pan at Amazon. I would recommend buying this pan if you have a powerful or commercial-grade kitchen range at your disposal. Overall, the pan feels very sturdy and very easy to clean after cooking.
