I’m not a princess when it comes to my tools. I will try to make anything work. But… a girl does get a little bit swooney when presented with a well-made, thoughtful design, and perfectly executed manufacturing. This is not the cheapest pan – just the best I’ve ever seen.
I use three of these muffin pans. I roll out one sheet of dough to cover one whole pan, lightly press a second pan on top of the dough for a few seconds to make an indentation so I can see where the cups, are, fill the cups with things like sausage, pie fillings, dumpling fillings, etc., and then place another flat piece of dough on top of the filled cups to make a top for the 24 pastries. Then I cut the top dough around the 24 filled cups before I bake it. I usually bake these (appetizers or deserts) for about 23 minutes at 375. With three pans, I can knock out over 70 appetizers/deserts in about 35 minutes. Clean-up is a snap.

QUALITY Traditional Muffin Cup Size Pan
The quality of this product is amazing. I purchased this because it stated a mini muffin pan in the description. I returned it only because I was looking for the smallest muffin size cup you can buy. This muffin pan holds traditional sized muffin paper cups. To me, that is not mini. I am literally looking for the smallest mini muffin paper cups you can buy. Although I never used the pan, the quality was very noticeable. I was disappointed that it did not come super mini cup size. If you are looking for quality, and traditional muffin cup size, this pan is for you.

Nice pan, but why glue down all those product stickers!
The pan is fine and good quality so far. But preparing it for use was a major pain in the neck. The little product stickers are glued down inside no less than two rows of 8 muffin tins!! You can’t pull them up with your fingers they are glued down so tightly, you have to use something like a small knife or a small screwdriver to pry each one up, and few came out in a whole piece. Why on earth would you need to glue down that many product stickers? They’re attached looped over, so ideally you should just be able to pull each string of them, but you can’t, the glue is on each little connector as well. And to my fingers! I would have returned it, but I had to bake something that day.

These muffin trays are a good weight and quality. They baked my muffins beautiful with Evan baking, not like the cheap trays that can unevenly bake and cook the out wells before the middle is done. I would certainly recommend these trays, also the company was quick on delivery as I received these trays within a couple of days of ordering.
