1st Banana Bread in my new pan was a success
I picked this pan for its brand name and I was impressed by this sturdiness when I received it. But of course the real test was using it. My first batch of banana bread in it turned out great. Nice even cooking and cleaned up very easily.

Great for Risen Bread Loaves
I bake yeasted bread loaves more than banana bread or any sort of quick bread and I have gone through a lot of bread pans and washing methods: These pans are my 3rd try of my quest for regular yeast-risen bread loaf pans and the loaves turned out perfectly. (8×4 or 8.5×4.5 ones turned out to be too small for my yeast-risen loaves). A few tips though: 1) grease the pans even they are non-stick before you put the dough in them for 2nd riseâto ensure smooth release of the loaves when they are out of the oven 2) hand wash them even when it says âdish washerâ safeânot a big hassle at all if you follow stem 1), because rust is almost inevitable to stainless steel pans in dishwasher, while aluminum ones tend to discolor terribly in dishwasher. One last thing: canât beat the price value of these pans.

the non-stick coating works wonders, and the pan is so thin and lightweight that Iâm actually planning to travel with it back to my country.the only downside is that you have to wash it immediately after use because it stains quickly. plus, you canât leave it wet, or itâll slowly start to rust. so yeah, it does require a bit of extra care, but itâs worth it xoxo

This one is the same too though the sides are not straight . I made an orange loaf cake & english muffin bread . They both cooked well & slid out of the pan smoothly . Good stuff . Go for it
