truly non stick
i tried two other ways to make my egg bites. one an older muffin pan… stuck so bad I threw it away .second, silicone muffin pan, stuck also. sent it back. this wilton pan is a heavy duty, well made pan, used light amount of crisco, baked my egg bites, they came out beautifully browned, and slid right out. I’m thrilled… finally got it right, I would highly recommend this pan

Very easy to clean!
What a nice cupcake pan this is. It has heft to it, itâs solid. It cleans up so easily. I always use cupcake liners but cupcakes always have little spills or make a muffin top and the pan gets dirty. This is such a nice pan. I didnât know that there was such quality. Iâm glad I bought it. Thank you.

Highly RecommendI cooked muffins without greasing the pan most of them just fell out with just a little shake there were a few the tops fell off but the bottoms scooped out with ease, they werenât burnt on. So easy to clean.Iâve always read never to grease a non-stick pan so Iâm not sure I will.I would buy again

I have two Wilton muffin pans that I have had for many years but I wanted one more so when I make a large batch, ie, 30 or 36 muffins, I wouldn’t have to wash one of my two in order to continue, now I just use this third one and wash them all at the end. Good quality.

I wanted a pan for cornbread muffins. They stuck to the one I’d been using and then stuck to a new Wilton muffin pan. I read on a review for this pan to not use shortening, so I tried that and the muffins are coming out consistently.Update: unfortunately, they’ve started sticking March 2024
