I like the power and I like how the blades cut everything super quick. I canât stand that little top that goes between the motor and the cup with the knives. FYI! Donât lose a single thing or you might just lose the ability to use the entire thing altogether! The fact that I lost a piece is not their fault. However, it is their fault that I canât use one of the cups. Iâm not sure how it happened, but the largest knife attachment that spins to drop the food, has been misplaced. Not one person in my family knows where it went. Well, now I canât use the largest cup to chop my veggiesâ¦. which is the reason I purchased it in the first place!! I donât like this design at all. By mistake, I put another attachment that looks very similar to the one that goes in there and I could not get it free for a few minutes. The knife chopped everything up just like the one that goes with him but the only thing thatâs different is I couldnât remove it. To me because thereâs so many of those out there maybe they should have some sort of safety mechanism where you canât even put the darn thing in it, at all. Maybe make them all a standard size, so then no one is stuck, fitting with the stupid thing, looking like a complete idiot just like I did. Or how about make the design use the same blade accessory/knife thingy and provide different size cups?!?! Now, That would make total sense!! Maybe, throw in an extra blade accessory/knife thingy in as a part of the package just case you lose one?!?!
