Great broiler pan and easy to clean
Use this in a gas oven for chicken wings and steaks at least twice a week. Used it a dozen times so far and it works well and is easy to clean. Even easier if you line the bottom pan with a sheet of tinfoil. I washed it in soap and water before the first use in case there was any manufacturing residue on it, but it looked very clean out of the box. (Some complained of “smells,” which is why I washed it, but did not experience any “smell” issues.) My old one was cheap, rusty and I was tired of scraping my knuckles on the bottom side sharp ridges trying to get it clean scrubbing both sides with Scotch-Brite pads, which are pretty expensive now, by the way. I let both this and the old one soak overnight in dish soap, but the old one still took 10 minutes of scrubbing compared to this one which takes less than 1 minute and wipes clean with a soapy sponge – no more expensive scrubbing pads! I hated using the old one because of the cleanup hassles and am very happy with this one – should have replaced the old one long ago. Before I bought this on Amazon, I tried to find a porcelain one like this in local stores but all I did was waste gas and found bare steel types like my old one. Maybe you can find a porcelain one at a local store, I don’t know, but save the gas and have it delivered to your door… it will be cheaper that way for sure!

Impeccable
I can’t believe all the ONE star ratings.Just got it (beautiful packaging), washed it , turned the broiler to high, waited ten minutes to warm up and placed pan on top shelf for ten minutes.No warping whatsoever, no smell. Top and bottom fit together perfectly; NO WARP.Edges were nicely rounded; not just unsharpened but as part of the manufacturing process. NO SHARP EDGES.Beautiful smooth shiny surface all over.Haven’t broiled anything yet to check on the ease of cleaning yet.I highly recommend this ( it looks like an expensive piece of jewelry) and at 20 bucks is an incredible bargain.

Broiler pan
New ovens do not come with a pan like they used to. I bought this as I didn’t have one and it’s nice to broil meat in the winter. It is sturdy and full size. I am disappointed the lid does not fit tightly like the old models. Make sure you lift the entire pan or the bottom will fall which could be a disaster. Knowing that it works as expected.

Good replacement for missung broiler pan
This broiler pan set looks just like the original ones that come with stoves. My only complaint is that the top of doesn’t fit snugly on the bottom. I still gave it 5 stars because that could be an intentional design, perhaps to nake it easier to lift off the bottom, which might be dangerous when the pans are hot out of the oven and if they fit snugly. The quality is good and they clean easily after use. Very happy with this purchase and value for the surprisingly low cost.

Coating helps resist food sticking
I really like the coating on this broiler pan as it helps resist food sticking to it and is relatively easy to clean. It is a nice size and can accommodate your Thanksgiving turkey or anything you want to broil or bake. The drip tray is very easy to clean, and I just wipe it out with paper toweling and put it in the dishwasher.
