Works well
The microwave and convection modes work well. It is fairly lightweight, which makes it easy to move for cleaning. We needed to put a mat underneath to keep it from sliding everytime we opened the door or preesed a button. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the purchase.

Damaged Products 2X
We ordered this microwave and it came with a box terribly damaged dents and dings in many places on the microwave. It functioned well and we liked the microwave but it was damaged. We sent it back and got a replacement, which was also damaged with the door components falling off. We were not given the opportunity to reorder it for a third time although we would have because we liked it the microwave . We are looking at other places to purchase this microwave hoping that it will get one that is not damaged.

Great microwave/air fryer
I haven’t tested everything on it yet, but it did a wonderful job as a microwave and as an air fryer. As soon as I got it, I tossed some tater tots in it and turned on the air fryer function. They came out crispy. As a microwave, it works as expected. My one complaint is that you can’t set the temperature to whatever you want when using the air fryer function. If the instructions say to cook at 360°, you can’t just punch that in. Each number is a preset temp and it moves by 25°, so you either have to cook it at 350° or 375°. It’s workable though and I’m very happy with the purchase. One last thing to point out is that the child safety lock can be turned on/off, so it’s not something to worry about.

unit damaged on outside but so far functions
unit was dented/damaged but didn’t notice until completely unpacked. There was damage to the outer shipping box but I didn’t notice any damage to the box the unit was in. Tested functions and realized there were dents on both sides with one big dent near fan area. When running air fryer or oven feature the fan does not sound right. Requested replacement but after doing more research on past reviews it seems damaged units are common. We may end up returning replacement as well and not hassle with this further. what a pain.

Door bent when delivered
Door has bent when delivered. Was going to send back . I repaired bent door and hooked up . Seems to work good but going to try it for a bit to see. The first unit I got was badly damaged and I sent it back.I order a lot from Amazon and not had to many problems. Amazon did to start taking a bit care with orders.over all the unit does work good but will see in after a bit. That way I give it a 1 star. I think I sould get a discount on it.
