Product would be great but top got stuck on the first use
Update â the replacement works perfectly. No sticky lid this time!I’ll update this review after getting a replacement, but just wanted to put this out there since I’m not seeing anything about it from a quick search of the reviews.I love the size of the water dispenser and it did an amazing job keeping the water cold during our party. However, I wanted to refill the ice on the day of the party, and found the lid impossible to open.I tried again the next day, having emptied everything out of the dispenser and it’s completely stuck on. My husband spent a good 15 min trying to pry it open, checked YouTube for tips, no luck. I hope we just got a defective item, so I’ve ordered a replacement, but as it is, this item is unusable.

We purchased two of these dispensers to hold cold milk for a wedding reception where we served milk and cookies. The look and craftsmanship of the dispenser is beautiful. And a great feature is the display that shows the milk temperature inside the dispenser.They worked perfectly to keep the milk cool and refreshing though it was warm inside the reception hall. The milk remained cool. They worked perfect!! 5 star product all the way that will be used for years to come.

Good for parties!
This product was great for our birthday party with cold drinks. Didnât leak and was surprisingly not too heavy to carry with the handle. Just know it may come with a small brand/logo on the front, but we covered ours with a sticky note saying âwaterâ:)Looking forward to trying it with hot drinks in the winter!The customer service was also really responsive and helpful when we had a question.

We bought this product for a team meetings. The product design is very sturdy with extended legs that makes pouring easy. Lid is easy to put on and leak free. The temperature gauge is pretty accurate and the dispenser kept the tea (with milk) hot for almost 4 hours. The tank is easy to clean. overall a good product.

The lid doesn’t open
I purchased this last year and have used it for two months, but now the lid can’t open.I open once to put it in hot water, but that was a struggle, and now it won’t come off.The hot water became cold in two hours.It is good to buy for short-term use, but I do not recommend it for long-term use.

Great for Hot Cocoa!
I was hunting and scouring through Amazon for weeks to find the right hot pot with the functionality of making hot cocoa for 140 people. This pot exceeded that requirement, the capacity was perfect! Super easy to use, lightweight but durable. We had a plate just in case there was some leakage but it wasnât necessary. Comes with a brush, frothing cup and other tools as well. Very easy to clean, definitely worth purchasing.
