Very nice mixing bowls! I had been using glass mixing bowls so these felt very light-weight. By they time Ihad all the ingredients in the bowl to mix , Boy! was I glad! Really like these bowls.

I needed some extra mixing bowls in my kitchen. I bought this Vollrath set. They are lightweight and seem durable enough. They might not last forever with heavy use, but for the price they are a great value. The finish is smooth and shiny, so I only use wooden or plastic utensils with them. Because I liked this set so much, I bought another set a month later. They are very versatile in my kitchen! I highly recommend.
