Great loaf pans! Bakes evenly!
Baked in these loaf pans for the 1st time today. Have always used metal pans and my breads always seemed to bake unevenly. I really like these silicon pans. The bread literally fell out when I inverted the pan onto a plate. No need to use a knife to loosen and so nice not to have to grease and flour! My banana bread was baked evenly and tasted yummy! I did place the pans on a baking sheet instead of directly on the racks because the bottoms seemed kinda soft and I didnât know if theyâd collapse in the oven, but nope, they held their form well and Iâm very happy them.

I love these! the built in sturdy handles are the key! I bought a cheaper version and a more expensive version (both without the handles) and I have since donated those to GoodWill since using these. I will tell you that I hate the color and wish there were different options but these could have a photo of my ex-wife and I’d still use them because of how awesome they are! I make my own breakfast mini loafs every Sunday and I have had them for 3 months now -Zero issues. They clean up really well and look difficult to accidentally tear. Super pleased

Doesn’t cook evenly
It burned the bottoms while the inside was still doughy. I had high hopes for these pans. But it ruined all of the banana bread I was trying to bake and did not work. The only thing that stood out was how easy the bread was to remove. They didn’t stick at all! The size was exactly what I wanted. I will try again with a cookie sheet under them instead of putting them straight on the rack. The bread was still very doughy, but as you can tell from the picture of the pan, it burned the bread and the silicone.
