The handles get hot, but their design is perfect for snugging up to back of stove top.
I thought I would miss my Pamp Chef two burner griddle (not produced any longer). Boy was I wrong. This griddle is amazing. Fits better on stovetop due to turned in handles. Grease gutter and pour spouts work perfectly. The non stick surface is awesome!!!

I hesitated to buy any griddle, after reading review after review and always finding something negative, but I decided to go with this one and I am so glad I did! I will say that I have a flat surface electric old stove and was looking for a griddle that would sit flat on top of it. This one works perfectly and the heat distribution is fantastic! It cooks eggs, pancakes, everything perfectly. It is so easy to clean as well. I will say that the handles do get hot, and I knew that based on what I read from another reviewer. I only use the handles to place the griddle on top of the stove before using it and after letting it cool down after use, which you are technically supposed to do before washing it anyway so it doesn’t really matter as long as you are aware that they get hot. I would actually give this 4 1/2 stars if it was an option, but only because the handles get hot. Other than that it is GREAT and I love it, so if you don’t mind the handles this is a great option that I would highly recommend.

Good, but…..
This is a good griddle and does not warp, but the handles are no use and they really get in the way. I am going to cut mine off. Also, the griddle has a 1″ gully all the way around to collect grease from bacon, which reduces the cooking surface. If you are using the griddle to cook things such as onions or peppers it’s a real downer because they will fall in there and be hard to get out. I use a metal spatula on it and the coating holds up with no problem. The heat distribution is awesome with only a minor temp difference in the middle, as you would expect.

Cooks Very Evenly
I finally got to use this griddle today, and it was a joy. All 6 sunny side up eggs came out great, without a bit of effort. Look forward to making pancakes and other things.

Viking never disappoints!
I bought this since I love my other stainless steel Viking pots and boi it did not disappoint! I use this for almost everything.. pancakes, tortillas, taquitos, enchiladas, pan fried chicken, kebabs, and grilled chicken.Sometimes ill look up recipes to make on a skillet just so I can use it. The non stick coating works like a charm and I love that the sides slope down so it can catch the excess oil or burnt pieces.Super easy to clean, the bottom does get stained from our gas flame but idgaf! Im not using the skillet for the bottom side plus you never see that side anyways!!Also the handles do get HOT so donât try and use them while cooking, i just put that thing in the oven after cooking so no one gets hurt. Not a downside for me but it may be for you.:)

Good Overall but Warps
The nonstick griddle works perfectly for making pancakes, and wheat flour tortillas. I also made corn tortillas but discovered that it needs more heat in order for the tortilla to cook nicely so I guess that caused the griddle to warped. I have a gas stove so that doesnât affect me as much but I will consider this if I have an eletric stovetop. The griddle is very easy to clean. I donât clean the griddle while hot since it will caused it to warped even more. I hand wash the griddle, I donât use dishwasher. The handles get very hot so donât touch them while cooking without gloves or protection and watch out for your hands when cooking since the way itâs build with the handles very close to the nonstick area causes your arm to touch the handles without noticing. The exterior discolored due to the heat but I guess thatâs normal and doesnât affect the nonstick griddle itself? I gave two stars for the value since itâs expensive and can be better build for that price. Overall is a good griddle but can be improved.

The nonstick is great, it’s very thick and sturdy I don’t feel like it would ever warp, and it sits perfectly flat on my ceramic cooktop. The heat is very nice and even. I would recommend this to anyone.
