Light, sharp, and easy to use. Victorinox knives are a great practical line of knives. It wont be a conversation piece but they do the work well at a great price.

Very Nice and Super Sharp
Be careful with these little guys! They are razor sharp! I almost want them a little more dull for safety. They cut through anything like butter and are a nice size for smaller foods like tomato etc. You do have to be extremely careful with them though and have a safe place to store them like a butcher block or container. You wouldn’t want to thumb through your drawers with these in them.

Very Useful Little Knife!
If you’ve ever had trouble cutting something soft, like a ripe tomato, this is for you (and me!).it slices right through anything soft, especially something difficult like a thick skin, without ending up crushing the piece.So it’s a quite useful little knife.

I am a great fan of Victorinox knives with the serrated blade. They are super sharp and do any task easily. Not only are they great preforming, they are a fantastic value. I always reach for these knives first when doing something in the kitchen. You just can’t beat them.

Itâs an ok product and this might sound a little weird for a review of a knife, but itâs almost dangerously too sharp – Iâm a skilled cook and Iâve slightly cut my fingers on 3 different occasions. Iâm getting used to it but â¦

Beautiful sharp knife â¦well it is Swiss ðLightweight and very easy to finely slice onion tomatoes etc.Really happy as it replaced a missing / lost favourite knife I had for years
