Perfect Little Serrated Paring Knife
I am in love with this little knife. For many years, I had a nice serrated paring knife, but it bit the dust a few years ago, and I havenât managed to replace it. I bought a much more expensive non-serrated paring knife, which I hate. The blade does not hold itâs sharpness and becomes dull quickly and easily, thus rendering it rather useless to me, other than the point, which is useful for piercing things like packaging and pill bottle seals (hate those!).Decided to see what I could find here and found this little wonder. Itâs lightweight, fits well in my hand, is very sharp, and does the job nicely, and for a very reasonable price. Iâd buy it again in a heartbeat!

Great Knife
I tested these knives against two others, the Victorinox straight edge and some very low cost Joie knives. The Victorinox Serrrated was super sharp + great handling 5 stars. The Victorinox straight edge was almost as good, but not as sharp. The Joie knives were a nice design but not very sharp.

The best paring knife.
I have purchased several knives over many years and so far this is the best so far. I didn’t expect this knife to be the best due to the size and the price. I purchased another knife at the same time and it was more expensive and not nearly as good. I do not hesitate recommending this knife no matter the cost.

Je mâen sers pour cuisiner, mais aussi à table pour les viandes un peu plus dur. Ces couteaux sont extrêmement tranchant et sont très pratiques pour découper principalement des légumes comme des tomates très facilement. Je recommande à 100 %.
