Great Victorinox paring knives but plastic handle is not that great….
I have used Victorinox knives all my life and the blade on these knives is of expected great quality. Just that I don’t quite like the plastic handles on them (works fine when cutting/paring most veggies/fruits/etc) but I MUCH prefer them with wood handles. Unfortunately I don’t see any of those with wood handle selling on Amazon like they used to. In any case, it’s a great buy for money – last one I have been using for almost 7 years without any problem and still its sharp.

This is a great knife for the price. At first I did not like the plastic handle but I got used to it. It is very sharp so be careful. This is my third purchase as my kids wanted one too.

I have owned a couple of these knives for years and one went missing recently so purchased another. These knives are exceptionally sharp and they stay that way for many many years, my 15 year old knife like this is still sharp!! We use this knife mainly for cutting up vegetables and salad and use it daily. Could not recommend more!

These knives do excellent service for about 6 months to a year for me. They are my main working knives. Never had a problem with them, love the serrated edges which makes them true all-rounders.
