I actually received two parring knives and one serrated cutting knife. The picture shows a vegetable peeler which I didnât need anyway. These knives are extremely sharp ( I already found out slicing an onion). They have surgical quality blades and are very light in weight. Be careful how you store them and never leave them in a dish pan full of soapy water. My wife is afraid to use them!
