I wish I had more pictures of this in action but the only one I could find was this one. It is the second from the right. This knife is light but not too thin, very sharp out of the package, and feels great in your hand. I have used many chef’s knives and I like this one very much. It will slice thin tomatoes and then carve a roasted chicken. Very versatile and I would definitely recommend!
