Es el segundo cuchillo que compro ya que el primero se me partió la hoja, lo uso mucho en el sacrifico de ganado fácil de afilar y sostiene un filo excelente. El único problema es que no es muy bueno Iara trabajo pesado se puede romper la hoja delCuchillo con facilidad al intentar costar por medio del hueso

What can an 8″ chef’s knife do that a 7.5″ one can’t?
I love Victorinox Fibrox knives for their value. Great ergonomics and design, with easily sharpened steel. Something I like about the 7.5″, is that for some reason, it’s often a lot cheaper than the 8″, though there’s functionally little difference between them. I’ve bought at least four Victorinoxes in slightly odd sizes like that, and been very happy with what I got for the price.
