Fan of the brand
I am a fan of this brand for all kitchen knives. I have investigated cutlery and kitchen knives in depth. And virtually all areas you cannot beat Victorinox Knives in terms of bang for the buck. Certainly these are as good or better than many high-dollar priced brands. They are razor sharp and stay that way. I will say we do not put them in the dishwasher. Also we picked the round tip rather than the pointed tip to avoid accidents. While I am reviewing this steak Knife collection I will say you can’t go wrong with any Victorinox Knives. If you are looking for the basic kitchen knives like a chef’s knife or meat knife look at their products. They are excellent, long lasting and priced properly.

these cut really well. the plastic handles makes them seem kind of cheap but they are cheap relative to most glamor knives. especially after they whiten a bit from dishwasher runs. these cut really well. really well. watch fingers.

Nice and sharp for the price
I have had one of these knives for about 5 years and it has lasted great. I purchase more because a different brand that I have had for about 18 years finally was getting dull. I love these especially for the price. They slice well. I do not mind the light weight of these for what I use them for like slicing apples and tomatoes. I would purchase again if I need more.

If you are looking for a set of steak knives, donât even hesitate buying these. They are great! By far the best steak knives Iâve ever owned. I bought these a few months ago and had to come and review them because they are so nice. Theyâre very sharp. They are dishwasher safe which is great too. I will be purchasing these again. Great gift idea for anyone!

Great steak knives at a reasonable price
Great set of steak knives to go with your Victorinox knife set. Small multipurpose knife which has its uses beyond cutting meat. Makes quick work of fruit or sandwiches. With the curved tip it can even be used as a impromptu bread or butter/spread knife in a pinch.
Handle remains grip-able even while handling greasy foods (not something I can say about other wooden handled knives).

Iâve purchased many knives from the Victorinox company. Theyâre almost the only knife Iâll use – certainly always my first choice. And Iâve given them to many of my friends, who feel the same way.

I like the versatility of this knife. I can be used as a steak knife or as a good sized knife to cut raw meats. I have 30 of the Victorinox knives and use them for so many different things.
Every year we have a family reunion in the fall and each family brings a homemade or other gift for each of the 10 or so families that attend. I’ve been giving a different Victorinox knife as a givt for about 10 years, 1 knife to each family, and they tell me they love them. Several of them have told me they have ordered more.

Knives are very sharp. So far they are holding up well in the dishwasher. No rust or discoloration. The handles feel on the cheaper side. Would like it if they were thicker but they work fine and look like they should last. Didnât want to overspend so these are great for the price. I just bought another 6.
