Excellent quality, amazing value. This is the best knife you can get for your dollar, period.
Excellent knife for the price. Arrived in perfect shape, didn’t even need any sharpening.Feels just as nice as the rest of the Victorinox line of knives that I have.Does exactly what it should do, makes paring and peeling a breeze, also nice for light and quick delicate work. You really can’t find a better value than these knives, and for just a few dollars more they look beautiful and much pricier than what one paid for them.I would advise NOT running them through the dishwasher, I accidently ran a Victorinox rosewood handled steak knife through the dish washer and the wood became VERY upset, dry feeling and cracked. Still working on rejuvinating that one.Hand wash these, dry them after with a decent towel, and sharpen them once every few months with something like the below product I’ve also purchased and swear by and these will serve you very well. great little paring knife
This is a very sharp, flexible, easy to use paring knife. I have owned a couple for many years and purchased this for one that was accidently thrown away. Only complain is it is pretty expensive for a small kitchen knife.

nice little paring knife…
I try to get all my Victorinox knives with the rosewood handle. I like the way they look and I like the way they feel in my hand. This one was no exception. The handle is the perfect size for what it was designed for.I’ve seen some reviews in here that complain about the smell of the rosewood. I can’t smell anything unpleasant with the ones I have including this one.

Great knife, but mine has some manufacture defects
I was looking for good knives with wood handles for a long time and I don’t regret getting Victorinox. For the price – this paring knife is all I’ve ever needed to prep my veggies and fruits. However, my paring knife’s blade is really loose where it connects to the handle. I mean – it seems unsafe to use it because it feels like the sharp blade is about to fall out of the handle. I send it back for a replacement, but the second one was exactly the same, so I just kept it. Victorinox customer service said to mail it to them and they will take a look – but for a $ 16 knife, I would have spent more money shipping it back and forth. I got used to it, and from all the washing the handle swelled a little and the blade is not as loose any more. The knife is very sharp, and I only had to sharpen it 2 or 3 months after purchasing, and only because I needed to slice tomatoes. I love my knife, use it everyday, and would buy more from Victorinox in the future!
