Great machines but lousy warranty and customer service
After almost 3 weeks of going back and forth about a 5 month machine that obviously is still under warranty I gave up after customer service wanted me to all of sudden become an electrician and open up the machine and check for wires and other stuff⦠who does that ? Kind of disappointed cuz I do have 2 of their machines still running and a water heater and donut maker â¦

This thing is a monster, it’s so big. But, I love it. As shown, it has many functions. Most of which I have yet to discover, as I have only used it for making smoothies. This baby is so powerful that it breaks down the toughest medjool dates without issue. And it’s pretty!The outer lid really works. I can actually hear someone else speaking to me while it’s running. True, I don’t fully understand everything they’re saying, but it is a 60 to 70% improvement over most other powerful blenders I have been exposed to.On a negative, due to its girth and height, it is heavy and hard to store in a cabinet or pantry. But, I managed to find the perfect storage spot for it, when not in use. Trust me, at this price and for this top-of-the-line quality, it is worth the headache.Thank you. I love my blender!ð©·ð©·ð©·

This machine definitely packs a punch. The power levels are wonderful and it definitely blends smooth and well. It is also very easy to clean. It is also very quiet when running on low speeds it does get louder higher you go, but thatâs to be expected. The blender itself gives off a very chemical plastic smell when you use it, but it does not transfer to the food that you were making. It does not matter how many times you wipe it down or what you wipe it down with you cannot get rid of the smell. It has triggered a few of my migraines. You can also use the stir stick in the blender when the shield is down through the top which it did not mention in the manual. Speaking of the manual: The grammatical spelling errors are absolutely atrocious in the manual. To the point that it is hard to read and understand parts of it. In fact, I made it a project for the fifth grade student. I am tutoring to go through and correct it. It looks like a bloodbath.(I let him use red ink like a real Teacher would use). If you can get past the manual and the smell, this machine is absolutely amazing. It blends perfectly and consistently itâs easy to clean and itâs lightweight for the size. It is a little on the bulky side with the shield, but itâs worth it for the noise reduction. Overall, I would recommend this machine and if they want me to send them the corrections to their manual I would do so happily.

I couldn’t believe the price would give me what I needed a blender for. Everyone was saying a vitamix and I just couldnt justify the price having so many other types of blending appliances. I saw this and read the reviews first. It said the power was 2200 W so I figured it was worth trying since the cost wasn’t too much. I make vanilla paste and to grind those beans you need a high powered fast machine. This baby does it and more! My vanilla paste is so smooth and I am so happy with this machine. Easy to clean and a nice large jar. After I did a google check of it and found the one up from this one is in the top five best blenders. They could have put this one as number one! I would buy again.
