This is a second item we ordered. First one was returned because a latch that suppose to hold a feed drum, doesn’t hold it in place. The second item came in replacement for returned one has the same problem. Additionally, the feed drum has a crack where the latch should lock it.Becides, there is one item that is hard to figure out what it is used for and instruction does not mention it. Finally, you may need to have three hands to work with the cutter. I am so disappointed.
