Vibrant and functional ramekins
These Vancasso ramekins have such vibrant and festive flair! The set of 6 each have different patterns but blend together very eclectically. Theyâre 8 oz ramekins made of ceramic and glazed with a gleam but not overly glossy appearance. The 8 oz size is perfect for so many things, from classic ramekin oriented desserts like souffles and crème brulees, to servings of fruits and vegetables, nuts, ice cream, condiments/dipsâ¦as well as uses outside the kitchen, like in the office for paper/binder clips, odds and ends, etc. Very versatile.They look chic with modern lines; the walls are a medium thickness and theyâre a suitable weight for what they are. I also happen to have the coordinating salad/serving plates and love those, too. There appear to be some other coordinating pieces available in this style, if wanting to build out a larger matching set of pieces. I have some other 8 oz ramekins with lids that Iâm able to use with theseâ¦they donât fit perfectly because theyâre thinner than my others, but still useful when I want to cover these up â to that end, it would have been even better if these had come with lids. Nonetheless, I really like this set, theyâre stackable for convenient cabinet storage, theyâre also naturally dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe, and the price canât be beat for the quality and aesthetics of them!

Beautiful but a bit small
I really wanted to love these but found them on the small size. I purchased a different brand to complement my set of Vancasso dinner plates, salad plates, and bowls and am happier with those. These ramekins did not stack as well as they should have otherwise I might have kept them just to make the set. I’ve now committed to mostly the Vancasso Simi intermixed with white pieces to complement. I really like that most of the pieces have the design on both the top as well as the bottom of the pieces.

Very pretty designs, I hope they last
I love the look of these ramekins, and the variety of complimentary designs showcased across the 6 bowls. I got the bigger ones — the 8-oz size — which is a good size for a small cup of yoghurt or oatmeal, a little bit of cereal or granola, or for serving dips, nuts, and other snacks. The bowls fill well-made, if a bit light and maybe a little thin — it’s fine porcelain… My only worry is that I’ve had some similar porcelain bowls to this (from a different brand, and somewhat different style) that all cracked eventually; they can be quite fragile. And I’ve seen some reviews of other Vancasso items mentioning chipping, so that goes in line with my worries… But hopefully if I remember to handle these carefully, they’ll last a long time.Overall, these bowls are both charming and utilitarian. They are beautiful to look at, and while stacked would give a shelf or open cabinet some added panache. The size, one cup, will be perfect for a variety of uses. Examples: an appetizer size serving of soup, a dessert cup, condiments at the table, mis en place bowls, or even sorting craft supplies.

Love these gorgeous ramekins!
I simply adore these beautiful little ramekins. I was looking for some oven-safe, multi-purpose bowls that could be used for meal prep, snacking, desserts, and more, and these are perfect. I love all the colors, and the fact that they blend very nicely with my dinner dishes. I haven’t tried them in the oven yet, but am excited to finally have some little bowls I can make creme brulee in, as that is one of my favorite desserts. The size is just what I was looking for–1 cup, which is great for so many things. The surfaces are smooth, and the glaze is unblemished. Someone else said they were disappointed with them not stacking well. I stack them 3 high in our cabinet, without concern, and don’t have space to really stack them a lot higher, so that is not at all an issue for me. I am very pleased with these little bowls, and would definitely recommend them!

A Functional Work of Art
These ramekins are beautifully decorated with the most vibrant colors. The colors and patterns are evocative of both Asian and South American ceramics. Vancasso produces a beautiful collection of porcelain dinnerware and serving pieces as well so you can add to your collection. They are artfully constructed and designed. They are durable. They can go in the dishwasher and oven and they won’t fade chip or crack. You can use them in the oven up to 480 degrees. I use them for nuts, chips, creme brulee and sauces. I can also use them in my bed and bath for holding jewelry, cotton balls, etc. They will fit anywhere and brighten up a spot- they’re too pretty to keep in a cabinet. We got the six ounce size because we already had a nice set of 8 ounce ramekins. I’m looking at them while I write this and thinking they could also function as tea cups; they’re the kind of thing you look for reasons to use- that combination of beauty and purpose. Love them.

Gorgeous, Sturdy, Unique & Versatile
This set of six colorful ceramic ramekins is just beautiful, and I think quite unique in design. Each baking cup has it’s own gorgeous ornate vibrant pattern that reminds me a little of India. They are sturdy and well-made, large in size compared to my other plain white small ones (8 oz), and can be used to make and serve a ton of different food dishes, so really versatile. They’re not limited to traditional creme brulee, souffles, or custards. You can also make quiches, pot pies, cobblers, mac & cheese, shepherd’s pie, tarts, cheesecake, and more, as well as can use them for serving unbaked foods like fresh fruit, veggies, soups, relishes, pudding, slaw, and other side dishes. Their size makes them perfect for serving individuals or 1-2 people, depending on the type of food. Overall, they seem to be high quality and just a gorgeous way to present food with a cheerful and festive vibe.
