I’d give these 10 starts if it was possible. Do yourself a favor and get these USA pans!! Don’t even bother looking at alternatives. The construction of the product is good. I like the small ridges on the bottom of the pan to help release the bread from the pan. The size is a comfortable large size. Given a choice, I would have liked a small lip on the ends to help lift the hot pan from the oven.

Love that it’s made here in the US. I LOVE my 9×13 pan. The quality is heavier than most and it bakes evenly and I bought this loaf pan for a daughter in law for her baking of bread. I’ll more than likely buy this product for wedding shower gifts for others so they can enjoy a great product. Oh! And its reasonably priced! Gotta Love that too!! 🙂

45 square inches of extra space!
I got this one because its a bit larger than my 9x5x2.5″ pan! {by 45 sq.in.}The extra space allows for the 2nd proof NOT to droop over the sides of pan!Thus giving a higher loaf wthout the bread “love handles” on a slice!Perhaps one day a manufacturer will make a pan this 10″ long size but with 5″ sides vs 3″ sides to produce an even higher loaf of finish bread. Until that day, I’ll be using this puppy as my default pan!Hint; if bread is bagged at the 60 min mark on the cool down the result will be a soft ‘fluffy’ loaf like store bought! It holds some moisture in and gives a great loaf result!

Baked my first loaf of bread in this pan the day after I received it. The bread turned out beautifully. The pan heated evenly and as promised. Washed up nice. Would definitely purchase another.

This bread pan is the best. If you use a bread machine or a KitchenAid or anything to mix your bread dough, place your dough in this pan and spread the dough out to fill the bottom. Let your dough rise in the pan for an additional 1/2 hour before baking. This pan needs no spray oil or butter. In fact they recommend not to use any, because it can ruin the pan. When you take the bread out of the oven, turn the pan upside down and the bread falls out, for cooling on a rack. Use a wash cloth and dry with a dish towel. Do not use anything abrasive on the pan. You won’t even need to use soap (you can), it has a non-stick surface. Best performance if baking 350 degrees or less.
