Quality pan EXCEEDS expectations!
Imagine a bread pan that’s as clean after baking as before! The baked bread just slides out, sides and bottom are lightly browned, beautiful. Definitely not the bread pan you buy at the grocery. This one has some weight to it and doesn’t need greasing, truly non-stick inside and out. Better put this one in your will because the kids will be fighting over it.
I bake sourdough every other weekend and just purchased my fourth pan so I can bake 2 sourdough rye and 2 sourdough whole wheat at the same time. Planning to purchase the cupcake/muffin pan next.

LOVE MY SEAMLESS LOAF PAN
I have been using USA Pans of many shapes and sizes for years now and absolutely love them! I love the ease with which my bread slides right out after baking. I love how evenly browned my bread comes out of the oven. I love how easy it is to clean these pans. I love that my pans look as beautiful as the day I bought them.
BUYING: Check which box you click on when ordering. If you do not want the bread pan with seams – be sure to click on the SEAMLESS option. In this case, the old adage,âYou get what you pay forâ is not a concern. These pans are worth every penny! So, just be careful which box you click on as you do get what YOU order. My seamless pan arrived well packaged and shipped on time. Also, USA Pans makes a seamless loaf pan with handles if that is your preference. I searched, I found. It’s my opinion that it is unfair to leave a negative review on an item because I didn’t do my research. I prefer my bread pan without the handles for finished product aesthetic reasons but, I would never remove a star for the product not having what I didn’t order. I ordered my seamless loaf pan without handles and that is what I received.
USING: Although it is not necessary, I lightly butter my loaf pan before placing the dough in for its final rise because I like the flavor and the ever so delicate crunch the crust has after baking, and every single loaf pops right out of the pan without ever taking any kind of utensils to it. Just gently tip it over onto your cooling rack and the bread falls right out!
CLEANING: NEVER put your pan in the dishwasher! The harsh detergent will destroy the nonstick material on these pans, and donât soak them in a sink full of water, either. I am often able to simply wipe the bread pan with a paper towel to clean the inside and I use warm soapy water and a soft dish cloth to wash as needed. With this pan, I let it dry in the warm residual heat of my oven. With the proper care, these pans will perform beautifully and look like new for years to come.
STORAGE: I never stack my nonstick pans without placing a liner in between to prevent scratches, gouges and dents. I buy some pretty fabric and cut to size, no fancy hemming or anything, just a quick cut but, you could, also, use dish towels, cushioned shelf liner or what have you. It only takes seconds to put the liner in between but itâs worth protecting your investment. As I mentioned before, I have had some of my pans for a long time now and they are still like new and still popping out beautiful loaves of bread and other goodies.

Great Baking Pan
I recently read that you should bake in metal pans and not glass which I have been doing for years. I am so pleased I made the switch to baking my breads in this pan. Evenly baked bread that pops right out!
I bake a holiday bread every year for my family and the recipe makes 3 loaves. I previously had creased metal pans with rolled edges and wasn’t getting great results year after year. I gifted myself 3 of these seamless nonstick pans this year and OMG – what a world of difference! Each loaf turned out perfect! Evenly baked on all sides and they popped out of the pan with zero problems whatsoever. I will be looking into other bakeware from this brand – I was so impressed. 10 STARS all around!

I initially purchased two 8â loaf pans. Nice heavy aluminum. Gray color resulted in a lighter brown loaf than my previous black loaf pans. Non-stick feature gave variable results. I oiled & floured the bottom of the pans each time. First batch came out of the pans cleanly; the second batch did not. I now line the bottom of the pans with greased aluminum foil as I did with other pans. This is not a major flaw. I liked the pans so much that I purchased two more.

This pan works as advertised. It is nonstick and bakes evenly. I bought this pan for a recipe for gluten free bread recipe that requires an 8â pan and the bread baked very nicely and came out of the pan easily without sticking to any part of the pan. I used a silicone spatula to get the bread out of the pan. I am really pleased with this product and I am eager to use the USA Pans 9â pie pans that I got for Christmas.

I don’t think I can accurately describe just how perfect this pan is. It is so incredibly well built and sturdy, and it heats up *so evenly*! Also, it’s nonstick but it doesn’t appear to have any kind of Teflon coating (or any kind of coating, for that matter), so I guess the metal they use is just naturally nonstick. Every recipe I use says to grease the pan before placing batter/dough into in, and even though I’ve never done that, the loaves just pop right out every time.
I’ve been baking for a very very long time, and this is just the best pan I’ve ever used. I’ve made all sorts of bread in it, as well as some chocolate chip banana bread and blueberry lemon loaf, and I’ve never had an issue at all. I genuinely get excited to make loaf recipes just so that I can use this pan.
