Great for Wider Loafs.
I have baked several breads using this pan and really like the way they turned out nice and crispy. I followed another reviewer’s suggestion to press down on the center to flatten a bit and force the outer curves to become higher to prevent proofing overflow. The pan is sturdy and easy to clean.

Sturdy. Right size
It’s a great product. I’ve been using it a lot. Easy to clean and it doesn’t warp like the cheap ones. It’s worth paying double+ price if compared to those cheap ones available @ Amazon. Recommended

Bread Bliss Achieved
As a proud bread connoisseur (a.k.a. carb enthusiast), I demand perfection from my bakeware, and the USA Pan Nonstick Perforated Italian Loaf Pan delivers! First off, the nonstick coating doesn’t peel. I donât know about you, but I prefer my bread sans side of metal flakesâcall me picky. This pan is roomy, with space for two loavesâbig, small, or somewhere in between. Whether youâre crafting a baguette masterpiece or just trying to bake your way out of a bread crisis, this pan has your back. The perforations? Genius. They give your crust that perfect crispness that screams professional baker, even if you just Googled “how to proof dough” last week. In short, this pan is the real deal. It makes me feel like I actually know what Iâm doing in the kitchen. Bread lovers, do yourselves a favorâbuy it. Your loaves deserve this!

Great pan
I have liked all of my USA pans and this one did not disappoint. Made a batch of French bread and it was perfect. Great pan, sorry I waited so long to buy one.

Gluten Free Baguettes, tiny chip but otherwise perfect pan.
This is a great pan. I purchased it to make gluten free baguettes, which is a little bit of a different process than regular bread. The dough is very sticky and wet, so baguettes are made by dropping dough onto the pan and smoothing it into a baguette shape. The pan held up well- I oiled the surface easily and the vent pattern is small enough that the wet dough didn’t fall through the holes. The finished product was amazing, and I think I owe it to this pan! The loaves held shape and ended up looking like a regular baguette with even color and crust. I’m only docking this because my pan had a small chip on the edge, and the edges of the pan are sharp. That said, it is a very high quality pan which I plan to use for years to come. Hope you have as lovely an experience as mine fellow bakers!

Only regret is not buying sooner
I have several bakeware pans but USA Bakeware has been pretty much the best. More expensive but knowing my experience with them I bought this brand. Didnât disappoint.Whatâs good:- literally no sticking. None.- shape of loaves so much better than laying flat- perforation gets airflow, better cooking and crust- size. Perfect. Can fit three in my oven at once. The bad:- noneWhat I wish was improved.- thicker loaf size there are smaller ones for French bread baguettes but after making a dozen with this realize that you have to go on the thinner side or expands over the lip. So ends up being more like French size. If considering buying French version Iâd discourage that. Too tight of a fit unless you want bread sticks. Haha.- pulling out of the oven is a little wonky. Have mits on, nowhere to really grab thatâs stable. You have very hot loaves, can only grab the end but not well, very imbalanced. I wish they have some spoon shaped lip to grab. On the upside when you do pull the trey out, loaves just slide off.The pan cools off very quickly. I found that you can prep strips, cover, then gently roll them into this pan (tilt) and wonât ruin its final rested prep. I plan to get 2 more to fill up my oven and use this technique for batches.

Nice baguettes
Learning to make baguettes, I got this pan. It makes up to three at a time. I like that it is a US product. It is shaped correctly and is perforated so the baguettes bake properly with a nice crust. I usually use parchment in it so haven’t had any cleanup issue. Watch the rising period so your loaves stay in their trays.

Very pleased with the quality of this made-in-the-USA product, much better than previously purchased products (made in PRC). Easy to clean, makes wonderful sourdough loaves.

Ya lo hemos utilizado varias veces y mantiene su aspecto como nuevo y el diseño permite obtener baguettes con un tamaño y marcado inferior bonitos.

This pan is great for Gluten free baking as it’s non stick feature is really amazing, nothing sticks to it. Gluten Free is known for having stickier dough, and this is the best pan for the job. I buy this brand for my other pans, best quality and value.
