Did a lot of research on baking trays over the past few days bc I got pissed off one night with the POS Iâve been using and wasting my time on for the past few years. This tray is like the Porsche of baking trays. Made by USA pan in Pittsburgh, using aluminized steel, none of that crap you find in the bed, bath, and beyond flea market. Itâs a family company whoâve been slinging high-quality steel out their doors for over 50 years. None of that imported garbage.I bought the heavy duty one, which is commercial grade and used by restaurants and in professional kitchens. It has a serrated finish so it heats up and cools quicker than a standard tray.Doesnât warp, super easy to clean, and cooks evenly. No more tinfoil on baking trays needed. Itâs BPA, PTFE, and PFOA free. Also, this thing is super tough. Someone breaks into my house and they take a blow to the face from this tray, theyâre not getting up. Did not test, but pretty confident this thing can can prob be used as a makeshift shield as a last resort.Highly recommend.

Best pan I’ve ever owned.
I’ve always just picked up inexpensive baking sheets wherever. Now, I see what I’ve been missing out on. Nothing ever sticks on these pans. They are very easy to handwash. It takes a couple of minutes longer to brown food, but the browning is totally uniform. Scorching is not a worry. I’ve got 2 this size, and when I have to replace my smaller baking sheet, I’ll probably get another from this same company.Highly recommend.

Cookies Browned Beautifully
This is a heavier pan just as the description states. My cookies browned beautifully and I assume that is because of the ridges in the pan. I’ve owned their purple half sheet pans for several years and loved them. I went back to purchase two more of the purple half sheets and discovered they are no longer available. This particular pan was on sale so I decided to order one to try. I’m pleased with it and will keep it. If I need another pan, I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase it again.I do wish they still made the purple half sheet pans.

Love these Heavy Duty Made in USA pans
After owning the small version heavy duty half sheet pan for many years and absolutely loving it I bought this Made in USA 3/4 sheet pan. This size is perfect as I needed more cooking surface It is definitively commercial grade. Keep in mind that it is quite heavy should weight be an issue. The instructions clearly state not to use above 450°F. Cleaning it is usually a cinch. With my older pan I made the mistake of spraying cooking oil. Using cooking spray is also not recommended as it may “bake” into the pan. You may try a fume free oven cleaner to safely remove the baked in oil.Bottom line I love these heavy duty commercial grade pans.

I cook my bacon in the ovenâ¦regular cookie sheets are too small to handle a full pound of bacon,I was looking for the largest baking sheet that would fit in a standard size oven.When I use two cookie sheets they donât cook evenly and I burn some of the bacon.I bought this because itâs large enough to hold a full pound of bacon. When it arrived I was very pleased with the quality. Itâs rugged, and holds the heat more evenly than a standard cookie sheet, which helps to cook the bacon more evenly. When I was first looking to order I thought the price was a little high compared to others, but order it because it was made in the USA. Now that I see what a quality product it is lâm glad and happy I did!!
