I used this at a temp of 400 degrees. It warped while at its hottest. But, it was only temporary. As it cooled the sheet went back to its normal flat state. I appreciate the easy clean up and durability of this line of products. I have the two sheets and the square cake/brownie pan, and they are well worth the investment as it takes a simple wipe with a damp cloth to clean â especially when first lining with parchment paper.

It is very much none stick, just a wipe with a cloth and it’s clean and whilst it states warp resistant, it’s not warp proof! Mine warped when used!
