Another winner from my favorite bakeware company
I first became aware of USA Pans via King Arthur Flour Baking Company. I’ve owned quite a few and love them all. They are sturdy, don’t warp or flex, consistently deliver outstanding results, and the siliconized coating really does make them release easily. These handled bread pans are easy to use and clean. I ordered two, and I was very worried when they each arrived in an UNPADDED plastic bag. Thankfully, they weren’t dented or otherwise damaged, and I washed and dried them so I could use them to bake fresh bread. I added just a bit of plain vegetable oil to the pans and rubbed it in with a clean hand, plopped in my shaped loaves, and let them do a second rise. Then I put them in the oven and was delighted at how my bread looked,. The loaves easily slid out with no more than a mere nudge from my hand, and cleanup was a breeze, because the interior of the pan is seamless. Then I placed the wet pans inside the warm oven to get thoroughly dry. These are terrific pans!

ALL AWESOME except for scratches
My new favorite loaf pans – wish the 1.5 lb loaf pans had the same design! These pans are gamechanger for me with the non-stick silicone. In this particular design with rounded corners, I don’t even bother washing – I just wipe it with a clean towel…I washed once when the honey oozed out and caked onto the pan, but just wiping it, got it off! Even heat distribution b/c of corrugated design=even baking! AbSOlutely LOVE these pans!!

USA Pans are my favorite stick-free baking pans.
They work great and the stick-free coating is lasting longer than other brands.Always was by hand, NOT in the dishwasher if you want to preserve the stick-free property.

Would have kept this product if the scratches were at the exterior, but the non stick on the interior got scrapped too.Loaf pan came in box with other items without a protective cover, likely causing the damages. What a waste. 🙁
