Great value for some good cooking knives
My wife had bought me a good ceramic knife… I liked it a lot, but I only had the one… then I saw this set and decided to give it a whorl…. I now can use knives as I want to without having to wait for them to come out of the dishwasher… the extra knives give me the ability to have some in the wash and still have a some clean ones in the knife block at all times; They are sharp and comfortable in the hand. Not the sharpest but sharp enough and will stay sharp a long time.
I have had a Kyocera brand ceramic knife and it was sharper and smoother. But, these are quite sharp for most any purpose. Frankly, I got them after watching a YouTube by a real expert in knife edges and sharpening who praised ceramic knives for cutting cardboard for miles and miles before getting dull. And, that’s what I’m going to use them for. Prefer my steel knives for food prep and other things.The handles are super comfy and the sheathes are a nice touch.
