Small loop off side of blade for removing spots & imperfections. Can use on fruits & vegetables too! Price is EXCELLENT for THREE peelers. I’ll DEFINITELY buy them again… Don’t EVER want to be without! Will definitely last, but my sister’s want them as well. I don’t put in dishwasher, easy to clean (quick rinse & dry the blade…doubt I’ll need a 2nd set, but…can’t hurt. Very well made & a breeze to use. Cut my Holiday peeling time by at least HALF.
