Good product, be careful when securing blade
Good product, be very careful when securing the blade. Both sides of the wood unscrew apart, place the blade over the screw and twist them back together. Be cautious to have a good grip when tightening completely to make sure the blade is secure and wonât move. Other than the safety reason it would be 5 stars for me

This item arrived, and we tried it out. It slipped around was very unstable and had an extremely sharp blade. We were completely unimpressed and returned it immediately for a higher value product for our bread, baking. Not worth the money and dangerous.

The product has a nice little pouch to store it, and it comes with multiple blades in a small box. The only complaint I have at this time is that there are no instructions whatsoever! Like how far do I insert the blade into the lame? The blade has several open areas or holes running down the middle, so which opening does the middle screw of the lame go through? Also, the screw in the middle is quite tiny, so put your glasses on ladies before trying to open and close the lame.
