The following things are what I like about these spatulas: 1) Stain resistant, 2) non-stick, 3) nice medium size that fits standard jars, 4) sturdy, and 5) clean up easily. I now use these regularly instead of any other silicone spatulas in the kitchen. I use them to stir or turn food in any pan, but these are not meant to scrape stuck-on food from any pan. Use hard plastic or metal spatulas instead. I also like to use these to stir tomato-based dishes because I haven’t yet found anything that stains them. My overall rating is really a 4.8 or 4.9 because I won’t be deliberately testing the heat resistance. However, these silicone spatulas definitely show no effect when doing the same thing that melts my plastic spatulas.
